Here's How We Involve Our Conference Sponsors
Platinum Sponsor
The one Platinum Sponsor is afforded maximum visibility and special access to conference attendees. This sponsorship level is particularly attractive to a vendor wanting to show-case a comprehensive suite of products and services.
Large Exhibit Area
The single Platinum Sponsor is the only sponsor to exhibit and demonstrate products and services during the entire conference. The cocktail reception and all breaks are held in the "Meeting Space" foyer affording the Platinum Sponsor maximum access to engage attendees.
Visibility and Access
The Platinum Sponsor is the welcome reception sponsor and makes remarks at the Opening General Session to all attendees prior to the reception. Platinum Sponsor presents a 1 hour breakout session as part of the regular program. The Platinum Sponsor receives the complete roster of attendees. The Platinum Sponsor receives two e-blasts to conference attendees via our conference mobile app.
Presidential Suite Upgrade
The Platinum Sponsor receives a room upgrade to the Presidential Suite at the conference hotel. This affords an elegant space for a hospitality suite or a client reception.
Gold Sponsor
The one Gold Sponsor is afforded maximum visibility and special access to conference attendees. This sponsorship level is particularly attractive to a vendor wanting enhanced access to conference attendees.
Meeting Space
The Gold Sponsor receives a double-table space in the “Meeting Place”. This is a casual meeting area in the foyer outside the ballroom. Not a formal exhibit area, this space supports scheduled and casual meetings with potential clients. The cocktail reception and all breaks are held in the "Meeting Space" foyer affording the Gold Sponsor easy access to engage attendees.

The Gold Sponsor makes short remarks to all attendees at a General Session prior to introducing the morning keynote speaker. The Gold Sponsor presents a 1 hour breakout session as part of the regular program. The Gold Sponsor receives the complete roster of attendees. Gold Sponsor logos are prominently displayed on the conference website, mobile app, and signage to let all attendees know your support of personalized learning. Your logo is linked from the conference site to your company’s home page or other URL.
Silver Sponsor
Silver Sponsors receive the unique opportunity to speak directly to conference attendees interested in their vision and offerings. This sponsorship level is particularly attractive to providers who can support schools implementing a personalized learning model. This sponsorship level is strictly limited to 15.
Meeting Space
Silver Sponsors receive a table in the “Meeting Place”. This is a casual meeting areas in the foyer outside the ballroom. Not a formal exhibit area, these spaces support a Sponsor’s scheduled and casual meetings with potential clients. Sponsors may customize their space with a pop-up, table drape, flag, or other similar banner. The cocktail reception and all breaks are held in the "Meeting Space" foyer affording Silver Sponsors easy access to engage attendees.
Visibility and Access
Silver Sponsors presents a 1 hour breakout session as part of the regular program. Conference attendees will pre-register for sessions, and only sponsored sessions will be available during a specific time period. This offers Silver Sponsors the unique opportunity to speak directly to potential clients who have already demonstrated interest by registering for that session. Silver Sponsors receive the complete roster of attendees.
